The Little Shed

Behind this weathered door is the future of a sweet little shop. A place where seasons will change and so the treasures that come and go will find new life too. It will be the tangible part of the Etsy, Stockshop. I am so looking forward to decorating for the different holidays and the challenge of working with no power to the little building.

As you can see there will be a bit of elbow grease required but nothing that the Mr. can't conquer with the trusty weedeater.

Most of the work will be done on the inside, beginning with moving the plywood away from in front of the window, thank you, old shelving to be taken down and a coat of white paint, and, some pretty little curtains are must. Many things to work out and not that long to do it before the shop opening in the fall...I will keep you updated on the progress.

Off to do some much needed shopping. Have a great day!

Do you mean that this will be an actual storefront? Like someone could shop there too, or that you will just store your etsy merchandise in the cute little shack with the white shelves and curtains?

Thank you all for your encouraging comments. I am looking forward to getting organized and having a place to store everything..I will finally be able to clear out my studio room in The Little House and get to my sewing machine.

I would like to make it clear that it isn't a real shop that you can come buy from, but a place for me to stage some of the items and take some pictures to share just like a catalog would be, the place to purchase will be my Etsy shop. Also, it will be to just have fun decorating for different times. xo

Looks like my kind of place...I have a big part of our shop...my own space that I use to keep all my e-bay stuff etc...helps to have a place out of the house...otherwise your house always looks like the post office..

Wow Sherri! Can't wait to see your shop as it progresses. What a lovely building! Even though people aren't actually shopping inside your store, it will be awesome to see photos you take for your Etsy shop from within this adorable place. Congrats!
