Yippy Yahoo!

I am a happy girl! The sun is finally out and the clothes will soon be on the line.

My camera has forgiven me for fooling around with settings.

Daughter suggested that I might look in the manual (the same manual that got me into this bind) and see about 'default'. Sometimes daughters can be smarter than the moms.

In the end, the clouds always part and the sun does come out.

Okay Sherri, I am on a mission to become a "photographer", or at least play one on my blog. Does that mean I'll have to get out my manual too? I guess I have resisted long enough:)

Indeed. Daughters can be smarter than their moms. =)

Sherri, that is what I like about the PNW. It can rain all day and somewhere in the late afternoon we see the clouds part and sunshine... a little bit of hope. I love your clothes line.

Can't wait for that clothesline weather myself!

Oh Sherri, I love your photos! They would make a great postcard set! I love the blue, rust, and wood tones. And I think I have that same metal bed frame leaning up against my fence.

Sadly, my camera is gravely ill. Cost wise it doesn't make sense to repair, so new is the way. I'm going to have to start keeping the change I find 'round the house and in a few years I'll have enough.

Thank you for the wonderful comment over at my place this morning. I love that picture of the two girls :)

look in the manual? oh surely not!

my dear friend Julie has the same camera as me and she read the manual once.
I say "lets meet up for lunch and you can show me the settings"
so we meet, we eat, we gossip, we have a lazy walk along the beach in winter (forgetting to get our cameras out) we have girly tea and more chat...and then we say "we must do this again it was lovely"...and I can still only use 2 settings on the dial :00))

Lovely pics Sherri! I've been on a photography course today. I learnt lots but got soaked and very muddy, it's been raining for over a week so not the best conditions for photography... But I still had a great day. Until I got home and realised I'd left my £70 memory card in the class room! Stupid Kat!
