I Want To Be Miss E. When I'm 82

"Good morning Miss E., it sure looks like you have been busy."
" Well. yes, I want to get this driveway cleared off so my granddaughter can get her car in tonight when she comes to visit."

"You have done quite a good job, look at that nice clear path you have done all the way from the house, she should have no problem getting in here now. That was quite a bit to do, I think you can probably call it good now and go on in."

" Remember when I got these boots on sale, you were with me (changing the subject)?"
"Yes I do Miss E., they are very nice, now don't you think you should go in now?"

" Yes, I think I will go in and have an nice cup of coffee."
"That sounds like a good idea."
" Yes, a nice cup of coffee and then I will be ready to finish up out here, you know, this is how I stay young."

Another good lesson learned from the wise Miss E.

Me too! How wonderful to see her so plucky!
Reminds me of my grandfather, he is now over 101 and he is finally slowing down.
Keeping your body active, helps your mind stay active too. I need to remember that.

That sons like my neighbour Phyllis, she was out cracking up ice after a hip replacement this winter! She says the same as your Miss E, it's what keeps her young!
