Jack takes a nibble of grass and exclaims "Hey, Maggie, the grass tastes like spring, what do you think?"
"Well, it certainly smells like it, hmm."
"Let me just get a sample from this nice spot."
"Ah yes, delicious...I make the official pronouncement. It is Spring!"*

Sasha always thinks the grass is greener on the other side. When I take her for walks she loves the grass. At home, not so much. I guess she just likes eating out.

We had 1 1/2 "spring-like" days so far. Otherwise, it's been rain, rain, rain. I'm seeing a lot of blossoming, though. That's promising. :)
Real nice dogs, we have the sun shine but not so much green grass, still it is growing slowly.
