New Cookbook

Yesterday was the release date of the new cookbook, The Pioneer Woman Cooks - Food From My Frontier.  I was so hoping that my Costco would have it out and sure enough it was...yea!

I can't wait to try this recipe, maybe a batch will be whipped up for hubby to share at work on Friday!

Don't these look delicious, my mouth is watering as I type?!

My new little friend, Mr. Barney Bunny, says they would be perfect on the dessert table for Easter.  Sounds like a good idea little buddy.

I hope you are all having a good week, I'm in the middle of some paper work that can not be put off any longer but I had to take the time to share this new release.

I will do a recipe review for you after I give it a try.

Have a great day!  xo

I will have to pick up this book...
thanks so much for posting it.
I just made her pot roast recipe a few days ago and my husband said it was the best I'd ever made.

Thirty three years married and I've finally made a good pot roast.

If I buy her cookbook he'll be asking "where has the pioneer woman been all my life?"

Enjoy your day...happy cooking

I'm so envious of you getting that cookbook, as it looks like a real good one. I loved her other cookbook and have lingered over many of the pictures she adds of her life on the ranch.

Let me know how the cookies turn out. I love lemon. Perhaps you could freeze a couple and then bring them down with you next week??????? Hint, hint.

I have her first cookbook and will certainly get this one. The cookbooks by Trisha Yearwood are also good.

These do sound perfect for Easter!
I think I'll decorate mine with the sprinkles I bought for Spring.
Hurry and get your paperwork done, so we can get your rating on these
cookies!

Yay, looking forward to a recipe review or two from you. I love PW, love her show on Food Network and her blog. I've tried quite a few of her recipes, and most of them have been big hits. I think I'll keep an eye out for her cookbook.

The cookies look tasty, but also very pretty decorated. I like Lap Dog's comment, that really makes me want to get this book. I will take your cute little bunny's advice too.
