Happy Independence Day!

Hope you are all having a wonderful 4th!  We just returned from the Anacortes Parade.  Just as you would imagine a small town parade would be.  Enjoy the rest of the holiday!

One thing I've learnt since I started blogging is how much a of a big deal Independence Day is in America. I think it's a LOVELY celebration. In fact, I'm rather jealous that we don't have something similar!!

I really want to thank you for your prayer and encouragement the past couple of days. What you said about the Lord saying, "walk with me" really struck me. My very first journal entry 10 years ago was about the Lord saying to me as to Elijah, "arise and walk". I am seeking Him. I know that this is a very physical exhaustion, but when we're physically exhausted we need to put on the full armor lest we allow Satan our ear. The Word holds Truth, and Satan is the father of lies.

Thank you again. Today is a bit better.
