Lola Nova sent in this delicious and healthy salad that she first found on the FoodNetwork, it had no picture so she is sharing this link for the, Cranberry - Walnut - Quinoa Salad recipe and the photo above. Lola suggests that we rinse the Quinoa in a fine sieve under cold water for better flavor and she only uses fresh green beans slightly steamed, Never frozen, or asparagus.
