Ottolenghi Semolina and Raspberry Tart
Here is our second entry, thank you Maisey's Attic. This is from Ottolenghi, a restaurant in various locations in the UK. and I found the recipe on a wonderful blog, Gourmet Worrier, where Nanette has done a marvelous job introducing us to this gem. Both of these will be added to the reading list over on my new food blog The Kitchen Calls (don't get too excited as it is still in the infant stages).
