Kami's Last Chemo

Yesterday was Kami's last chemo...Yippee !!!!!!!

Here is the big chocolate goodie that our son-in-law Colin and grandson Samuel ordered from their favorite market...Love it!

It is now off to the finish line for our sweet girl, she gets all the measurements and preps today for the final leg of the journey....radiation and then this chapter of our lives will be complete and on to building her body back up and catching up with all that was put on semi-hold.

I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of your prayers, sweet emails and thoughtful comments, they do hold us up high and help us not to stumble and fall into the pit of despair and pain.

Wishing you all a day full of joy!   xo

How lovely to see a smile on Kami's beautiful face. She must be feeling so very relieved to have had her last chemo. I hope she felt well enough to get a share of the chocolate treat. I am sure Samuel got a to try it out :)
Sending my very best wishes to you all xx

We'll continue to pray for Kami during the recovery time - chemo completed now and she did a stellar job and I'm sure her family is extremely proud of her.
Cancer is unlike any experience nightmare one will battle.
She's been a light to others during this time and I pray that God will give her a speedy recovery.
Well Done Kami...well done.

She is so beautiful. This must be so hard for you as a Mom. A friend of our family had a double mastectomy last year at age 35. She just finished her chemo and her radiation and is cancer free. She doesn't have to go back to the dotor for 6 months. Amazing. She had such a support team. Almost the whole town.......prayers for Kami.

What a feeling to be over and done with chemo! I remember how good that felt. Now just to pray her through radiation and this chapter in her life can be closed!

Kami is stomping out cancer!
