On The Road Again

I am off South to the other house and to have a late Mother's Day with Mom, kids and grand kids.

Couldn't leave without sharing some flowers and to show off the squash that finally got planted this weekend.

These sprouted very well in the house and now seem quite happy in their new home.

Must head out now, running behind as usual. Have a wonderful day!

I always love the squash and zucchni especially when their leaves get so big and those little yellow and green jewels hide under them.

Well my squash seeds pooped out. so I am rather jealous of your plant.

I didn't know that squash start out like that. I went down to inspect my new allotment at the weekend, it needs a lot of work but I can't wait to get digging! I'm a bit late starting, what can I get going with at this time of year? There is already a couple of rows of strawberries but other than that, I think it's just weeds! There is a greenhouse though so I want to do tomatoes and chillies!

I'm very excited!

Have fun in the south! X
