Bloggers Block

Sometimes it takes me awhile to figure things out but eventually it will finally come to me. So, it occurred to me, that perhaps the reason for my lack of posting is that I have bloggers block. I asked myself, "Self, is there even such a thing as bloggers block"? And Self, being the smarty pants that Self is, said.."If you are a blogger and can't seem to come up with a proper blog post, then I guess you could call it a block."

(The currents have absolutely nothing to do with anything, I just thought they were pretty and I was pleased that I got them before the birds did.)

That is it in a nut shell, I guess I am just speechless...wow, my family will be happy to hear that..ha!

Hope you are all having a happy summer weekend, see you next week.  xo

I understand this completely. Sometimes my posts come in waves, sometimes they don't come at all. I hope you are taking it easy.

I have been blogging a bit less as well. It's funny...I try to take a break...and I miss everybody!

I am so glad that you shared your beautiful bowl of currents.

With Jay in town and Mr D working most weekends, we have not had a chance to purchase and plant some!

I would love to pin your pretty image for inspiration!

Happy Summer, Sherri B!

Hello sweet Sherri,

Your currants are so pretty! Will you make jelly? I have some cherries from the cherry blossom tree that the birds have not eaten and I keep thinking I should go gather them and make jelly.
I am sorry you are having a bloggers block - I totally understand :)

Love and hugs!

Sweet currants!! Such a vibrant color!! We all have had it, and I am sure it kinda always sneaks upon us, but it's good to take a break. :) Wishing you a blessed Sunday and lovely week! xo Heather

Of course there's bloggers block! The photo of the currants, though, is a glory in itself!

I can't believe you are actually speechless! I bet you could post about what everyone is planning on planting/growing for their fall/winter gardens. Just an idea.

"Currently" you're speechless....that's o.k! In my case, that would be a good thing! Blessings~~~Roxie

I do understand Sherri. I feel guilty that I should be writing more posts. Some people do a post with maybe one picture. I always think it has to be a big production. I also have noticed some people just use pictures from the internet. Thanks again Sherri for the valued info. The currents are quite lovely. xoxo Linda

Thank goodness for photos. When life gets very routine (not that I'd complain about that), it can be hard to think up things to blog about.

We all have days/weeks like that. I feel proud of myself when I can get two posts out a week. I don't know how the folks manage to do one every single day. The currants are really pretty. Sometimes a picture is enough and no words are needed. :-)
