Hello my friends and happy Tuesday! I hope your week is going well so far.

This will be a very short post today as I seem to have developed, over time, a painful situation in my

shoulder/neck/arm area..something like a tennis elbow...Is there such a thing as Computer Shoulder?

I'm off to see the chiropractor this afternoon to see if he can't wrench me back into shape.

What are you all up to this week? Any fall decorating going on around your nest?

Whatever you are up to, I hope you have a good one! xo

Ouch! Get well soon! We don't really have time for decorating get (beyond the ongoing painting of the front door, which now has its first coat of gloss... photos when I've finished!) But I love your photo and really hope to get something similar done. I keep admiring the bullrushes around the ditches here, and I might pick some...

I like your vignette, that's a great pumpkin! I think I've decorated all I plan to for fall/Halloween... Of course that can change on a Saturday shopping trip! Sorry to hear that you're sore, hope the Doc can fix you up:@)

noooooooooo, no wrenching that's far too agressive, some gentle tlc is what you need!
Now if that pond wasn't QUITE so large I'd pack my bags full of tender treats and come visit!
As it is I'll just have to send loving kindness your way in thoughts

You might need physical therapy - try phonophoresis (ultrasound, with steroid gel - the sound waves help the steroid to get into the tissue and break up the inflammation).

Feel better soon!

I hope that you have found some relief, that's no fun!

I have too busy to decorate the cottage in autumnal goodness. My girl however is making little pumpkins to put on the mantle.

Love your arrangement here!
